A Sunny Conclusion to an Unforgettable Week.
After a week of relentless rain and chilly weather, summer finally arrived on the last day of the Ténéré Travel Trophy 2024. The Mediterranean climate finally made its presence felt, with dry, sunny skies that lifted everyone’s spirits.
From Peruča to Berberov Buk: A Memorable Route
The final stage began at Camping Peruča taking participants through the stunning Svilaja mountains.Along the way, they passed iconic landmarks such as the Ténéré Turn off bij de Manastir Krupa and a filming location from the famous Winnetou films, where seven of the eleven films were shot.
The day concluded at Camping Muškovci Zrmanja, located near the breathtaking waterfalls of Berberov Buk. It was the perfect spot to celebrate reaching the finish line. Some participants braved the icy river for a refreshing dip, while others basked in the warm sunshine and soaked in the spectacular scenery.

For the crew, the work wasn’t quite over yet. After tidying the campsite and performing a final check of the buses, we savoured one last lunch with a view of the waterfalls. Then it was time to begin the long journey back to the Netherlands.

Looking Back and Forward to 2025
The adventure ended for me in Breda, where my husband was waiting to welcome me home. Although I look back on this incredible week with a smile, I’m already eagerly anticipating the next edition. In 2025, we’ll embark on a new journey: Scandinavia, with its vast wilderness, majestic fjords, and breathtaking landscapes.
I am incredibly grateful to Jessica and Maarten for allowing me to be part of the crew. Together, we create memories that last a lifetime.
Op naar editie 2025!
